Lotte's point of view
My name is Lotte. I am 38 years old and a just-for-fun photographer. I live in Northern Jutland in Denmark.
My interest in photography started already in Primary School. I completed an accredited Danish photographer education and for a number of years I worked as a photographer, working primarily within the electronic media.
Between 1990 and the end of the century, my photographic activities had come to a halt; I had become a wheelchair user and was thus compelled to take a new education. And in fact, I was no longer in good enough physical shape to handle the heavy photo gear.
In the year 2000, my interest in photography resurfaced and I bought a digital camera. Subsequently, I have been busy rediscovering the field of photography and digital imaging. My handicap has given me a new point of view - in terms of photography's objectives, while I am no longer mobile, my photographic interests remain unchanged.
